What this website collects, and what it doesn't. Last updated October 2026.

Who we are

BuyDirtNC.com is the website of Erika Wishnefsky, Broker, licensed in North Carolina (License #178564) and affiliated with NextHome Paramount, 148 E. Charles St., Matthews, NC 28105. Questions about privacy: call or text 980-282-0830, or write to the office address.

What this site collects

  • No forms that store your information. The contact form doesn't send anything to a server. It opens a text message on your own phone, and nothing goes to Erika until you choose to send it.
  • No accounts, cookies, analytics or advertising pixels. This site doesn't set cookies or use tracking or ad-targeting tools. If that ever changes, this policy will be updated first.
  • Basic server logs. Our host, Cloudflare, processes technical data such as IP address, browser type and pages requested to deliver and protect the site.
  • Fonts. Pages load typefaces from Google Fonts, which means your browser contacts Google, and Google receives your IP address.

When you call, text or message Erika

If you contact Erika by phone, text or social media, she receives what you send (for example your name, number and what you're looking for). She uses it to respond to you and to provide real estate services you ask for. She may share it with NextHome Paramount as required for brokerage recordkeeping and supervision. Your information is not sold, and it isn't shared with lenders, title companies or other businesses unless you ask for an introduction. You won't be added to a marketing list, automated texts or robocalls without your separate permission, and you can say STOP or ask to be removed at any time.

Links to other sites

Home search and listings open on NextHome Paramount's website, and the social links open Facebook and Instagram. Those sites have their own privacy policies and may use cookies.

Retention and your choices

Messages are kept only as long as needed to help you and to meet brokerage and legal recordkeeping requirements. To ask what information Erika has about you, or to have it corrected or deleted where the law allows, contact her at 980-282-0830. She may ask you to confirm who you are first.

Children

This site isn't directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect personal information from children.
